As Program Coordinator for Arts Education, Melissa oversees the City'due south Whatsoever Given Child Program. Prior to coming to the Office of Arts and Culture, Melissa has managed organizations and public programs in a variety of artistic disciplines, including visual arts, literary arts, theatre, and dance. She served as Executive Director of Circuit Network, a Bay Area, nonprofit arts management arrangement, where she adult direct services and led educational workshops in audition and customs engagement, grassroots marketing, and fundraising for hundreds of California performing artists. Melissa has also served as program consultant for Teaching Artist Support Collaborative of California and was director of Communications and Visitor Experience for the Williams College Museum of Fine art in Williamstown, MA.  Melissa joined the staff in 2017.

Allen Timoteo was built-in and raised in Manila, Philippines, and received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Business Management there. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting. She moved to Los Angeles in 1991 and became a resident of Sacramento in 2003. Her career with the City began in 2013 when she joined the Convention Center equally an Accounting Tech. She was promoted as an Administrative Analyst in 2015 with the Parks & Recreation Section, where she handled the financials and the State and Federal grants for the quaternary "R" after-school program (18 school sites) and Access Leisure, which serves youth and adults with disabilities. She is excited to be a part of the Office of Arts and Culture because one of her aspirations is to be more than socially and culturally active in the arts world.

Donald joined the  staff in Jan, 2018.He manages restorations, ongoing projects, and new build public art projects for the Metropolis of Sacramento. He is both an attorney and visual artist with a passion for and experience in making and managing public art projects both nationally and internationally. Having worked as an attorney in land conservancy and site acquisition, he understands the unique land employ and contract challenges involved in locating projects in public spaces. For over twenty years he has worked equally a visual artist in customs arts, private, public, and non-turn a profit public art programs in Arkansas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, California, and internationally in Dublin, Ireland. He understands the challenges artists face in working with municipalities and projection stakeholders. He was an Adjunct Professor in public art at the School of Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and was a Lecturer in public art and landscape making for ten years at the Academy of Pennsylvania Schoolhouse of Design in Philadelphia, PA where he besides worked with the Philadelphia Landscape Arts Programme, developing social justice centered arts programing. He actively writes about public space, landscape making, social justice, and public fine art. His murals and writings on public art take been featured in the New York Times, Time Magazine, Philadelphia Inquirer and in recent publications such as books past Maureen O'Connell, If These Walls Could Talk: Community Muralism and the Dazzler of Justice, Kiriakos Iosifidis, Mural Art: Murals on Huge Public Spaces Around the Earth Vol. 2, and Jane Golden, Natalie Pompilio, and Robin Rice, More Philadelphia Murals.

Jennifer brings her all-encompassing feel in flick production, business management, and Sacramento urban center politics. Prior to joining the Sacramento Moving-picture show Function, Jennifer worked on feature films in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington DC before condign the Managing director of Tv set Product for a Hollywood studio. After moving to Sacramento, raising a family, and running two businesses, Jennifer served in the Urban center Council Function of Commune 3 assisting Vice Mayor Jeff Harris and producing the successful concert series Pops in the Park. In her new capacity, Jennifer will focus on rebranding Sacramento as a flick destination. Jennifer has a Available of Arts caste in psychology from UC Santa Barbara. In her free time, she enjoys spending weekends at her motel in Tahoe with her husband, 3 teenage children, and dog Joey.
